Peraleja Golf Resort  The Peraleja Golf Resort is situated 200m above sea level nestled under the mountains near the Spanish village of Sucina in the beautiful unspoilt countryside of the region of Murcia. Peraleja golf resort was designed with special attention being paid to space, the result is a resort with one of the lowest property densities in the local area with large open gardens filled with many varieties of indigenous plant life. The 18 hole, par 72 golf course was designed by Spanish golfing legend Seve Ballesteros, and leads the golfer on a tour of some breath-taking views of the mountains and sea. Peraleja Golf Resort is easily reached by motorway and is only 15 minutes to the local airport (Murcia - San Javier), 15 minutes to the beaches of the Mar Menor, and only 20 minutes to Murcia City - the regional capitol.
 Peraleja golf resort boasts many other facilities than the marvellous golf course, there’s a commercial centre with shops, bars and restaurants, a Sports centre and tennis and squash courts - a 5 star hotel is planned for the site also. There is also going to be a supervised children’s play area, so the kids will be safe while the parents get to play a round.

The townhouses at Peraleja are semi-detached properties with their own private pools and sculpted garden, designed using local materials. Inside, the property is all on one level with high vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beam criss-crossing the space.
